Summary:
1, Handle BUHR daily operations, including but not limit to recruitment, retention, employee relation, termination, etc.
2, To communicate and execute company policy.
3, HR Project implement.
Responsibilities:
1, ER Case Handling - Handle disciplinary issue or complains and some of tough cases independently. Including of termination cases.
2, Employee retention – take all possible actions to reduce employee turnover. Including key staff retention.
3, Performance management (PMP) - Training, supporting, PIP following.
4, Recruitment - Supporting staff recruitment, handling internal promotion cases.
5, Reports - Compile various reports to management.
6, Employee activities – To organize team building and provide assistant on all kinds of employee activities.
7, HR Project implement and following.
Requirements:
1, Bachelor or above, more than 3 years HR working experience in manufacturing field.
2, Familiar with each HR modules and labor laws. Proficient in employee relationship management.
3, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4, High attention to detail, a positive and can-do attitude.
