Job Responsibility
1. Designs and modeling and material selection of headphone transducers, including magnet, voice coil, surround, piston and other structural parts, per acoustic design requirements and mechanical system limitations.
2. Build prototypes to verify the performance of the design, to make sure the further samples can meet design requirement.
3. Validate prototypes through all different analysis tools, like Soundcheck, Klippel, optical equipment.
4. Work with partner factory to make sure products running smoothly from EVT build to MP
5. Work with factory engineer to optimize the manufacturing process.
6. Trouble shooting of different failure mode during development.
7. Release development drawings, BOM, specification, golden sample to the system.
8. Work with project management team and sales team to make sure the projects are delivered on time.
9. Improve existing models based on customer’s requirement.
Qualifications.
1.Engineering degrees related to mechanical, acoustic, or electronics.
2.At least 3 years working experience in speaker / receiver, headphone transducer experience is preferred.
3. Reading and writing capability in English
4. Be familiar with 2D and at least one 3D CAD software
5. Good understanding and hands experience on testing software like Klippel, Soundcheck or Clio, LMS.
6. Capability to solve a complex problem with a simple solution
7. Travels between OEMs if requested.
8. Be able to work initiatively and independently.

3. 能运用各种分析工具验证手板性能，比如Sound check、Klippel、Optical仪器。
4. 与合作工厂一起工作，使新产品顺利的进行从试产直到量产。
5. 与工厂的工程师一起优化制造工艺。
6. 能解决开发过程中的各种失效模式及问题。
7. 发行开发相关的图纸、BOM、规格书、金板等到相关系统。
8. 与项目及销售团队一起合作，确保项目每个阶段按时完成。
9. 根据客户的需求改善现有的产品。
条件要求：
1. 与结构、声学或电子相关专业的学位。
2. 有三年以上耳机喇叭、微型喇叭、受话器相关经验优先。
3. 有良好的英语读写能力。
4. 熟练2D及至少1门3D软件。
5. 熟悉相关测试软件，如Klippel、Soundcheck 或 Clio、LMS。
6. 能运用简洁的方法处理复杂的问题。
7. 根据需求出差合作工厂。
