职位介绍

PIE岗位职责
1、新产品制造工时&辅料&工装夹具评估；
2、参与新产品EP制作，主导新产品PP&MP生产导入；
3、产品Flow Chart &WI制作及更新
4、产品生产工具清单&夹具清单&辅料用量表制作及更新；
5、产品生产问题总结报告制作及更新
6、生产工位设计安排及调整，优化；
7、主导产品生产现场改善，促使品质效率提升；
8、生产线线平衡分析和产品工时制定更新；
9、生产试验品及产品样品试装跟进；
10、参予各改善项目, 跟进及分析
11、上司临时安排的工作等。
 
入职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，英语沟通良好；
2、熟练操作电脑办公软Word、Excel、PPT, AutoCad等；
3、有3年以上PIE相关工作经验；
4、熟识精益生产, 6S
5、勤奋, 服从上司命令, 接受新事物, 对工作有热忱, 能在高压情况下独立工作及处理问题 
6、月薪岗位制，上班六天休一天，包食宿，够买社保（五险），具体薪资面议！
PIE job responsibilities
1. Evaluation of new product manufacturing hours & accessories & fixtures;
2. Participate in the production of new products EP, leading the introduction of new products PP&MP production;
3, product Flow Chart & WI production and update
4. Production and update of product production tool list & fixture list & auxiliary material dosage form;
5, product production problem summary report production and update
6. Design arrangement and adjustment of production stations, optimization;
7. Improve the production site of leading products and promote the improvement of quality efficiency;
8. Production line balance analysis and product work hours development and update;
9. Produce trial products and product samples for follow-up;
10. Participate in various improvement projects, follow up and analyze
11. The work of the boss's temporary arrangement.
 
Entry requirements:
1. College degree or above, good communication in English;
2, skilled operation of computer office soft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.;
3. Have more than 3 years of PIE related work experience;
4, monthly salary system, six days off work, one day, pack food and accommodation, enough to buy social security (five insurance), the specific salary is negotiable!
