Responsiblities:
1) Calculate stand time and analyze production capacity;
2) IE system maintenance;
3) To utilize Lean and Kaizen methodologies to improve productivity,on time delivery and reduce cost;
4) To develop Kaizen implementation plan and execute identified changes and maintain achievement;
5) Develop Lean and kaizen culture in the company by Lean implementation and promotion.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree, industrial engineering and engineering is preperred;
2) At least 3 years work experience in lean implemenation;
3) Knowledage of Six Sigma and lean production;
