Job Description:
1. 参与生产部新设备、新产品的导入及方案制定，生产可行性评估及审核工作；Participate in the production department new equipment, new products introduction and program formulation, production feasibility assessment and audit work
2. 对设备、产品的导入计划实施跟进监控，按期达成导入和设备验收；Follow up and monitor the import plan of equipment and products, achieve import and equipment acceptance on time
3. 对量产产品、设备等生产过程的持续跟进、异常处理，工艺改善，工序改良；Continuous follow-up of mass production products, equipment and other production processes, abnormal treatment, process improvement.
4. 协助完成生产车间生产工艺WI的制定、修改和发行工作；Assist in the formulation, modification and issuance of production process WI in the production workshop
5. 协助生产车间完成对生产线作业人员的技术指导与培训，生产工艺监督工作。Assist the production workshop to complete the technical guidance and training of the production line operators, and the production process supervision.

Qualification:
1. 大专及或以上学历，电子自动化、制造工程技术、工业工程技术或相关领域专业毕业；College degree or above, major in electronic automation, manufacturing engineering technology, industrial engineering technology or related field;
2.有独立设计、调试生产组装线工装夹具的经验。Have independent design, debugging production assembly line fixture experience.
3.掌握计算辅助设计技术，如CAD，能熟练使用word、Excel等windows 操作软件；Master computer-aided design technology, such as CAD, proficient in word, Excel and other windows operating software;
4、有注塑行业生产制造实际工作经验5年以上More than 5 years of practical work experience in injection molding industry
