Job Description
1. Identify defect related process/yield issues
2. Find root cause
3. Communicate these to all related teams across all modules
4. Drive these issues to resolution, resulting in process/yield improvement.
5. Work with other teams to identify and resolve issues
6. Effective communication (both written and verbal) with colleagues
7. Work closely with process integration, process modules, product and customer engineering organizations to meet all customer requirements and deadlines.
8. Be able to develop new advanced techniques in the area of expertise to benefit business.
Qualifications
● University, major in mechanical or electrical.
● Not less than 3 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.
● Electrical and PBAC experience.
