Description:
Converts customer prints and PSS into the IML. Is responsible for any and all
changes to the IML at any stage of the development process. Is responsible to
define the LOP sequence and time in order to assure the proper quality
assurance and to achieve the unit cost. Is a position that needs to be
coordinate between Design Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Industrial

Duties and responsibilities:
BASIC
Creates and changes IML both in English and Chinese – in all cases.
Opens ECN to change IML, LOP or BOM.
Defines LOP sequence with LOP times based on input from Industrial Engineering
or from predefined Time and Motion Studied Table.
Requests IE and MAINTENANCE dept to get drawings done for new jigs and fixtures
required. Assigns Jigs and Fixtures in TCM to the FPN. Before defining a new
jig of fixture he looks in the database if an existing one can be assigned, or
adapted.
Completes the BOM including packaging before mass production.
Creates First Article for every time it is required.
Qualifies Raw Material for parts in production, through the FAIFORM, MMES and
MCO.
Builds prototypes and trains operators on new products.
Responsible for pre-production run and performs failure analysis and works with
Design Engineer to solve problem before and after mass production.
Conducts Process Capability studies (SPC) to determine the CPK of the process
in order to assure the quality and yield.
ADVANCED
Issues and updates Workmanship Standards, Engineering Standards, Process
Procedures, and general procedures for the department.
Review technical issues that have occurred and take corrective action to
prevent them from recurring. Like improving training programs, changing
procedures, or having inter-department meetings to eliminate recurring problems
with product introduction.
Looks for ways to standardize products so that additional similar products can
be introduced faster and cheaper.
Works with IE to reduce LOP time by assuring a better process so that ancillary
operations like measuring, cleaning, rectifying, pin straighten.

建立工程变更，更改FACLO产品的规格书，生产工序、工时和材料
根据工业工程工程师或设定的标准时间表，按照工作时间定义工作顺序
要求IE或生技部门完成新的夹具和机用装置器的制图，按照FALCO产品的名称分派夹具和制
具。在设定新的夹具之前，检查FALCO是否有现有夹具和制具可以使用。
在大规模生产前，完成材料清单包括包装材料
需要时制作首件样品
通过FAIFORM,材料的规格书和材料变更，认定已经生产的产品原材料.
制作新产品样板并培训操作员
负责试产运转和完成不良分析，在大规模生产前后与设计工程师合作，解决相关问题
评估生产能力及工序能力，来保证品质和产量
发布与更新制造工艺标准，工程标准，加工工序和各部门的制造程序
回顾已存在的技术问题，采取改善措施，防止问题的再次发生，例如：改善培训程序，改变
工序，或者召开部门之间的会议来排除产品出现的问题
寻找方式来使生产标准化，使其它的相似产品能够导入的更快，成本更低
与IE部门合作以减少现场的工时，确保更好的制作流程，如一些辅助操作：测量，清洁，调
整，整脚。
Requirements:
University degree in IE or EE
Ability to perform process analysis
Experience in using Mechanical CAD program
