1.To do the motion study in production process, compile the standard operation procedure (SOP) for every product 对生产的每个动作进行动作研究，编制生产的标准操作程序SOP。
2.Persist to improve and optimize the production process 生产过程的持续优化与改良。
3.To draft the Production ration in every production stage for every product 每个产品在每个生产阶段的生产定额的制定。
4.To participate the new product trial manufacture, and study the production art for the future 参与新产品试制，研究生产时的工艺安排。
5.To explain the production procedure to production department and QC before new product put into production with R&D together 新产品投产前与工程部一起向生产和品管对生产工艺过程进行说明。
6.To solve the issue in production process, ensure the process can go on wheels 生产过程中的问题解决，保证生产可以顺利进行。
7.To design the clamp and attached equipment, help production to improve the efficiency. 工装夹具的设计与改良，以方便生产提高效率。
JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
1.college graduated or above majoring in mechanical, electrical or related 机械、电气或相关专业大专以上学历。
2.Minimum 3 years experience in lamp or similar area experience 三年以上灯具或类似行业生产工艺的经验。
3.Be familiar with the SOP edit method 熟悉SOP的编制方法。
4.Good communication skills and team working spirit 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
5.Basic English skill (writing & reading) 基本的英语能力（读、写）。
