Responsible for product packaging arrangement.
Specific Responsibilities工作职责 ：
01、 To help to manage USA packaging specifications and artwork proofs and ensure they are consistently implemented in production.
02、 To support the correct and efficient execution of measuring/sizing PDQ’s and master cartons, as well as assisting in negotiating fair packaging costs with vendors.
03、 To assist in the cost effective delivery and implementation of the defined packaging design and specifications provided from head office.
04、 To interface with manufacturing, sales, and suppliers to ensure that design and specifications are delivered the first time around, every time, in China.
05、 To assist in sourcing new packaging suppliers for new packaging design.
Required Qualifications & Experience 任职资格及经验要求：
01、 College degree or above.
02、 General understanding of problem solving processes.
03、 Ability to influence and intervene to ensure optimized packaging solutions is delivered.
04、 Persists in overcoming barriers.
05、 M anage time to meet tight deadlines.
06、 Good team work spirit.
07、 Review packaging quality and collect data. Check for accuracy based on packaging specification.
08、 Basic understanding of mathematics and geometric relationships. When sizing PDQs/Display trays for primary packaging and sizing master cartons one must determine the size based on inner product and material specifications.
09、 Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin. Required English reading, writing, and speaking in English to convey technical packaging information.
10、 Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Outlook/Excel/Word and PowerPoint.
11、 Common understanding of English measuring system.
12、 Extremely organized and highly detailed with a focus on accuracy and precision.
13、 Project management skills. During busy season, the USA may send over multiple specs for different projects at once. Prospective employee must be able to juggle tight deadlines and changing priorities with minimal stress.
14、 Knowledge of packaging materials is a plus.
15、 Packaging production, prepress, press, post-press and pack out experiences is preferred.
16、 Assist with graphic & office software skills.
