Key Responsibilities 崗位職責
1. Manage customer order, follow up and push delivery schedule and ensure on time delivery.
2. Communicate and coordinate with related departments to solve problem& satisfy customer needs (all kinds of inquiry, complaint....)
3. Shipping arragement with warehouse, forwarders, prepare and confirm logistics documents and related certificates, tracking transportation for ALC, coordincate with logistics team to solve the transportation issue.
4. SAP Operation and daily problem solving.
Position Requirements任職要求:
1. More than 2 year experience in oversea customer service or shipping or SCM related.
2. Fluent English in oral, reading, writing.
3. Be familiar with Microsoft office tool, especially Excel，SAP experience is preferred.
