Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Supplier audit according to audit plan (annual process audit plan, new supplier audit, on-site visits for issues etc) via VDA6.3 process audit.
2. Manage component qualification process (PPAP) when the process change planned (trigger by supplier or by Buyer).
3. Handle daily quality issues caused by buy parts, attend assigned meetings including morning meeting, CPII meetings etc.
4. Create, update, follow up the quality reports under Miele Quality system requirements, like QPI, RCF, FRF, 8D, Status reports etc.
5. Report the KPI, quality status and action plan regularly for the responsible area.
6. Take the quality projects assigned by the superiors (QA supervisors,QA HOD), even if the projects from relevant teams.
7. Apply for Q-Methods adopted by IMNU/Core Processes into daily business, including the newly introduced methods like LPA etc.
8. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. College or bachelor degree above, majored in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred, it is conditional acceptable if have proven competence of knowledge even though majored in English/Chinese/management or economics.
2. 3~5 years working experience both on similar quality business and engineering business at trade of small household appliance or automobile / mobile, high precision business etc. Position experience was held at European or USA Company is a plus.
3. Is able to use English as working language in daily business, attend meetings, telephone calls etc.
4. Have solid experience for PPAP process, it is a plus if have the same solid knowledge for APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.
5. Familiar with ISO management system, like ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 etc with which the internal auditor qualification are plus including to the SA8000 audit as the 2nd party.
6. Have solid experience for QC 7 tools, 8D, statistics (Cp, Cpk, SPC..) etc to drive R/C, CA/PA etc.
