Job Responsibilities/工作職責:
1. Work under the supervision of HR manager and follow the relevant policies and procedures, support the implementation of the HR policies in the areas of staffing and termination, compensation and benefits, organization development, delegate administrative coordination, employee relation in order to achieve the Company objectives by meeting service standards and schedules.
-在人力資源經理的監督下工作,遵守相關政策和程式,支援人力資源政策在人員配備和解雇、薪酬和福利、組織發展、代表行政協調、員工關係等方面的實施,實現公司目標標準和合理安排行程。
2. Organization development
Setup and maintain a systematic HR reporting system to ensure the timely delivery of accurate HR reports like monthly headcount report, recruitment tracking report, employment movement announcement, etc.
-組織發展
建立並維護人力資源報告系統,以確保及時提供準確的人力資源報告,如月度員工人數報告、招聘跟蹤報告等。
3. Staffing
Prepare the necessary documents and co-ordinate the activities to effect efficient staffing services such as advertising, scheduling, arranging interview sessions, handling regret letters etc,. Independently handle the new employee on-boarding process. Monitor the processes and co-ordinate the relevant parties to effect smooth leaving employee check-out proves.
-人員配備
準備必要的文件,協調各項活動,以便有效地為員工提供服務,如廣告、日程安排、面試安排、處理遺憾信等,。獨立處理新員工入職流程。監控流程,協調相關方,確保員工順利離職。
4. Compensation and benefits
Process accurate payroll calculations. Explain to employees the benefit policies on routine matters. Prepare data to participate in the market survey and conduct initial analysis of the survey results.
-薪酬與福利
處理準確的工資計算。向員工解釋日常福利政策。準備參與市場調查的數據,並對調查結果進行初步分析
5. Performance management administration
Prepare and distribute the documents used for performance appraisals such as appraisal forms, salary adjustment worksheets. Process annual salary adjustment data, appraisal results and development needs to prepare for the analyses on the quality of the appraisal exercise.
-績效管理管理
準備並分發用於績效考核的文件,如考核表、調薪工作表等。處理年薪調整數據、考核結果和發展需要,為考核工作的品質分析做準備。
6. Employee training and development
Co-ordinate with our Training Manager for the employee training. Do employee career development plan with the department managers.
-員工培訓與發展
配合我們的培訓經理進行員工培訓。和部門經理一起制定員工職業發展計劃。
7. Employee relationship
Co-ordinate and make preparations for the defined employee relationship programs such as communication documents/meetings, employee survey, consolidation survey data, etc. to support realizing a harmonized working relationship between the employees and the management.
-員工關係
協調並準備確定的員工關係計劃,如溝通文件/會議、員工調查、合併調查數據等,以支援實現員工與管理層之間的協調工作關係。
8. Daily administration work
Help HR manager to handle all daily work on Personal & administration.(such as 5S management, employee dispute,& labor dispute,etc.)
-日常行政工作
協助人力資源經理處理日常人事行政工作(如5S管理、員工糾紛、勞資糾紛等)
9. Documentation and record-keeping
Establish and update an easily accessible filing system for all personnel activities such as organization announcements, employee profiles,performance appraisal documents to ensure mandatory / company files requirement are met.
-文件和記錄保存
建立並更新所有人事活動的檔案系統,如組織公告、員工檔案、績效評估文件,以確保符合強制性/公司檔案要求。
Requirement/崗位要求:
1. College education or above
2. 5 years or above working experience in personnel & administration
3. Familiar with HR management 6 modules and proficient in computer skills,
4. Fluent English is necessary
5. Familiar with labor law and related laws and regulations
6. Capable of working independently.
