职位介绍
本岗位长期异地派驻,不能接受者请勿投递。
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for direct and indirect materials and general supplies (including but not limited to equipment, automation, spare parts, facilities, service, etc.) sourcing and purchasing operations;
2. Set up target of purchasing functions and responsible for budget preparation;
3. Develop, assess, evaluate and manage suppliers' performance;
4. Negotiate price and manage contract with the suppliers;
5. Closely monitor and ensure the purchasing order management runs smoothly and efficiently;
6. Monitor goods quality and follow up delivery;
7. Improve the process of purchasing flow, system and operation;
8. Lead, coach and strengthen the team to meet the requirement of internal customers;
9. Perform material and BOM price analysis, and prepare related reports;
10. Conduct continuous material cost reduction;
11. Keep update with the supplier market trend;
12. Perform ad-hoc activities as required.
Requirements:
1. Degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management;
2. Minimum 8 years solid experience, with at least 3 years in management position, in sourcing and purchasing of direct electronics components and general purchasing in sizeable or multinational manufacturing companies;
3. Good component and product knowledge with proven record in handling electronics OEM/ ODM projects in areas of sourcing, supplier selection and certification, procurement and supplier performance management;
4. Hands on experience in MRP system operation;
5. Expert at negotiation skills with suppliers for terms, conditions, lead-time and cost down;Positive working attitude, self-motivated, responsible, good communication skill and a good team player;
6. Good analytical and negotiation skills;
7. Result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure;
