岗位职责：
1) Promote and coordinate lean production & kaizen activities 推动协调精益生产&改善工作；
2) Cultivate employees on Lean principles, tools and culture. 培训精益生产相关原理、工具及推行精益文化。
3) Continuously improve the efficiency; 持续改善提升生产效率
4) Submit engineering cost data for quotation on time & accuracy; 为新产品报价及时提供准确的工程成本数据；
5) SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) for Dongguan Factory; 东莞厂区设施规划布局；
6) Design layout for production; 设计生产布局；
7) Capacity management, plan proper manpower/ tooling / machine / facility / space to meet demand;
产能管理，为订单需求策划合理的人力、装备、设备、设施及空间；
8) Manage standard time via IE approach; 使用IE方法管理工时标准；
9) Continuously improve process flow and line balance; 生产过程流动和线平衡改善；
10) 6S implementation & promotion; 推行工厂6S；
任职条件：
1.More than 3 years working experience in IE, Lean and/or continuous improvement.
在工业工程或/和精益生产、持续改善岗位超过3年工作经验，
2.Understands and can utilize the IE tools flexible, and adept them at TPS/lean production theory.
能理解和灵活运用IE工具和TPS/精益生产原理。
3.Experience in efficiency improvement, plant layout planning, material flow design. 在物流设计、布局策划和效率改善方面有经验。
4.Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, excellent collaboration and team work skills.
良好的人际沟通技能、演示技能、合作和团队工作技能。
5.Familiar with AutoCAD, PPT and other MS software.熟悉AutoCAD，PPT和其他MS软件。
