Job Responsibility 工作职责
1. Work with Senior Acoustic Engineer to designs and model and material selection of micro / multimedia transducers. 与高级声学工程师配合完成微型喇叭或者多媒体喇叭的设计，仿真以及材料的选择
2. Build prototypes to verify the performance of the design, to make sure the further samples can meet design requirement. 组装手板并评估样品是否满足设计预期
3. Validate prototypes through all different analysis tools. 通过各种模拟，测试手段来全面评估产品
4. Work with partner factory to make sure products running smoothly from EVT build to MP. 配合合作工厂保证产品从EVT到量产可以顺利进行
5. Work with factory engineer to optimize the manufacturing process. 和工厂工程师一起优化作业流程
6. Trouble shooting of different failure mode during development. 通过各种手段分析不良并找出相应的改善措施
7. Release development drawings, BOM, specification, golden sample to the system. 发行图纸，Bom，规格书以及黄金样品
8. Work with project management team and sales team to make sure the projects are delivered on time. 与项目经理以及销售团队配合来满足项目的时间要求
9. Improve existing models based on customer’s requirement. 基于客户的要求改善现有的机型。
Qualifications.
1.Bachelor degrees related to mechanics, acoustics, or electronics.
2. Good reading and writing in English
3. Be able to read 2D and 3D
4. Capability to solve a complex problem with a simple solution
5. Travels between OEMs if requested.
