Our client is a world leader in manufacturing and marketing of cosmetics, skin care and health care products etc.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. Manage the regulatory and quality aspects of cosmetics manufacturing.
2. Provide regulatory advice to R&D and Marketing in new product development projects.
3. Perform cross-functional alignment and lead company-wide improvement initiatives.
4. Take the lead to resolve quality and new product development issues with R&D and marketing.
5. Put forward continuous improvement and nurture learning organization.
6. Share responsibilities with production team to produce quality product.
7. Liaise with procurement team to manage suppliers for quality deliverables.
8. Manage regulatory team to ensure compliance and timely registration of new products.
9. Manage quality team to upkeep and improve the quality management system.
10. Measure and manage quality costs.
11. Manage risks that involve product quality and regulatory compliance.
12. Lead the team to receive certification audit and SFDA inspection for cosmetic production.
13. Assist in the sourcing and management of ODM.
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar discipline.
2. Over 10 years working experience in Cosmetic industry and strong quality assurance and regulatory compliance background.
3. Experienced in new product development, quality management, regulatory affair or sourcing of ODM.
4. MNC and China experience.
5. Fluent spoken English.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Good business sense in marketing requirements and consumer expectation.
8. Analytical mindset and management by fact mentality.
9. Strategic thinking.
