KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily management of the laboratory, organize the timely & effective completion of daily testing tasks;
2. Research and develop lab capacity expansion plan and implement it effectively;
3. Responsible for the selection of all instruments and equipment and the verification of analytical methods in the microbiological testing laboratory and furniture testing laboratory, as well as the solution of testing and testing problems, proficient in analytical testing technology and familiar with laboratory evaluation criteria;
4. Manage and train the lab Technicians;
5. Manage the schedule of testing teams;
6. Manage a good functioning, planning and quality of lab equipment;
7. Support the Lab. Technicians/Engineers to conduct testing according to relevant standards;
8. Collaborate with project managers to develop new testing methods and/or procedures;
9. Helping lab technicians/engineers for tests and record results;
10. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
11. Control and manage the expenses of the laboratory;
12. Review and sign testing result.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical automation, measurement and control instrument, physics or related majors, master degree is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in TIC industry including minimum 2 years in similar role of managing a medium size furniture lab.
3. Familiar with ISO17025 system and CNAS certification audit;
4. Familiar with application in cosmetics industry;
5. Good oral English, outstanding skill to read and write English technical papers/articles;
6. Flexible to go business travel and visit customers independently or with sales;
7. Confident to present in public or to customers with professional behaviors;
