工作职责Responsibilities:
1.Set up company quality manual, policy, procedure and management system, based on company strategy, business needs, customer requirements, to support company long term development.
2. Train and audit company quality management system, to make sure it is fully executed by related department, and needed quality record is maintained and kept.
3. As project leader of quality management system, lead cross-department team to pass quality certification such as ISO, or any other quality system certification required by customer.
4. Based on company procedure, make development quality assurance and DFMEA, make sure new materials certification to meet new product development requirements.
5. Audit company new developed provider QMS and set up qualified supplier standard and database to help provider to improve QMS.
6. Arrange QA make quality inspection for provider.
7. Control incoming materials' quality and implement IQC for all incoming materials, and follow up the corrective actions from suppliers and improve the suppliers' quality level.
履行来料检验标准，控制来料品质，并跟踪供应商的纠正措施，提高供货质量。
8. Carry out IPQC in production processes, and ensure all production areas' in-process quality under control.
履行生产流程，确保所有生产区域的产品质量能够有效控制。
9. Actively engage, participate and support quality improvement programs developed in conjunction with PE and production.
与PE部门一起，积极从事、参加及支持质量改进项目的开展。
10. Follow up all corrective and preventive actions for all those defectives found in IQC/IPQC/ OQC.
制定及跟进纠正和预防措施，对IQC / IPQC / OQC过程中发现的次品进行监控。
11. Set up quality inspection standard( SIP) and products inspection criteria, prepare quality reference samples for QC inspection.
建立质量检验标准(SIP)，制定检验规范及准备参考样品。
12. Responsible for following up the defectives and failure analysis based on 8D report and make corrective and preventive actions for those defectives in manufacturing areas.
基于8D标准，对失效产品进行分析，制定纠正和预防措施。
13. To deal with the customers' complaints and make correctives and preventive actions plan after analyzing the root cause.
处理客服投诉，分析问题的根源并制定纠正预防措施。
14.Set up the quality files for all our products and record all quality incidences, analysis results and actions, make continuous improvement for our products.
建立产品质量档案及记录，为持续提高产品品质提供依据。

任职资格: Qualifications
1.大专以上学历，本科优先。
2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in manufacturing environment，must have experience as QE,SQE, or QA Engineer. Supervisory experience is preferred.
至少5年制造业工作经验。
3. Solid experience for ISO9001, ISO14001, Corrective Action and Preventive Action Processes, the application of quality tools (6-sigma, FMEA, DOE etc.).
熟悉ISO9001，ISO14001， 纠正及预防措施流程，可应用质量工具（6-sigma，FMEA，DOE等）。
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
良好的沟通和人际交往才能。
5. Good command of both written English.
良好的英语读写能力，口语好或者愿意学习优先。
6. 踏实肯干，可以接受加班。
