Responsibilities
1. To support on TISAX & ISMS system setting up per TISX requirements, ISO 27001 and customer information security requirements;
2. To manage/maintain/monitor JE Management Systems documents for operations (e.g., QSMS documents, ISMS documents, Engineering Drawings/ specifications, production documents, Standard forms etc.);
3. To support on the customer visits process enhancement, including customer CSR matrix consolidation for improvement;
4. To support on the internal audits on documentation controlling for the BU level Information centers
5. To support on operations and productions documents paperless and digitization projects for whole document life cycle management, e.g., flow and its structure, review, approval, releasing, acknowledge etc;
5. Need to handle Supervisor assigned extra work if necessary.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, IT or Engineering background would be preferred;
2. Better have 3 to 5 years relevant working experience on Information security management systems per TISAX or ISO 27001;
3. Familiar with the e-document process management of whole document life cycle, including the central database management;
4. Basic command of reading & writing English;
5. Good knowledge in Quality systems per ISO 9001 and / or IATF 16949;
