Job Summany 职位概要:
The Engineering Manager will oversee local Design for Manufacturing (DFM) / R&D, NPI, Change Management and numerous other tasks.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Create a culture of excellence while developing people and processes that drive continuous improvements.
2. Lead the China team to deliver the “boutique” manufacturing and NPI experience that we promise to our global customer base.
3. Optimize current process and system bottlenecks to achieve company growth and customer satisfaction goals.
4. Manage engineering processes including helping our design team complete electronic and mechanical engineering, updates and maintenance of the engineering documentation processes.
5. Key activities will include the development of a technical specification for each project. The design of PCBs (experience of any PCB design package), the design and assembly and test of prototypes and the diagnosis and rectification of product failures / performance evaluations and assisting with the support and development of automated testing systems.
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or similar.
2. 5+ Years of experience as an Engineering Manager with experience in dozens of NPI launches.
3. Experience in the design and manufacturing of consumer, industrial and/ or medical electronics. Additionally mechanical design experience would be an advantage as would firmware design but not necessary.
4. Experience working with tier one multinational companies such as Apple, Motorola, etc.
5. Ability to successfully manage NPI for multiple projects with various requirements in parallel.
6. Determined personality with a passion for getting the job done despite tight deadlines and long hours.
7. A dynamic leader with exceptional communication ability.
8. Understanding of both technical and business vision and ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Must speak fluent English.
