1.Operator/Line Leader job arrangement; daily production maintenance.
2.Confirm the work order; prevent product quantity more or less than work order.
3.Material arrangement; working site maintain;5S
4.Find the defectives in time and communicate with quality Dep.
5. Regular training for operator, performance appraisal.
6.Report the abnormal production status
7. Hand over the shift production status to next shift.
8. Assist the Sr. supervisor to improve the working site status.
9. Finish the task by the superior managers.
任职资格：
1. Above 10 years injection working site management in foreign company;
2.Familiar with injection working process;
3.Can take the shift work.
4.Familiar with all the defectives of the plastic parts and its judgment; 5.Know how to deal with the defectives;
6. Can use simple English of speaking, writing to communicate;
7.Have good team cooperate spirit and 5S.
