Supervisor 工程主管
Education:
• Degree of electronic, automatic or electrical engineering
电子、自动化或电气工程专业本科以上学历
Essential:
• Solid experience to lead an engineering team with size of people up to 4 具备4人以上工程团队管理经验
• 6+ years solid design experience of analog hardware circuit design
6年以上模拟电路设计经验
• Knowledge of switching mode powers supply, sensors, motor control or MCU circuits design (One of each)
至少熟悉开关电源、传感器、电机控制或MCU电路设计中的任一模块
• Solid experience with of EMC design, verification and debug
有丰富的EMC设计、验证和调试经验
• Solid experience on schematic & PCB layout with CAD package – Altium designer is preferred
具熟练使用CAD或Altium软件进行PCB layout设计经验者优先
• Understanding DFMEA & simulation
理解DFMEA（失效模式分析）和 Simulation（电脑仿真）
• Solid experience on DFM & DFT
具有丰富的DFM(可制造性设计)和DFT（可生产测试设计）经验
• Familiarity with the process of design reviews & brainstorming
熟悉设计评审和头脑风暴
• Understanding the environment requirement, such as RoHS & REACH
熟悉产品环保要求，如RoHS & REACH
Desirable:
• Familiarity with product reliability & product safety
熟悉产品的可靠性和安全性
Soft skill:
• Can read and write technical document in English
具备英文技术文件读写能力
• Verbal communication with simple English
具备简单的英语口头交流能力
• Proactive, team player and willing to take challenge
