• Degree of electronic, automatic or electrical engineering
电子、自动化或电气工程专业本科以上学历
Essential: 必备要求
• 3+ years solid design experience of analog hardware circuit design
3年以上模拟电路设计经验
• Knowledge of switching mode powers supply, sensors, motor control or MCU circuits design (One of each)
至少熟悉开关电源、传感器、电机控制或MCU电路设计中的任一模块
• Experience with of EMC design, verification and debug
有EMC设计、验证和调试经验
• Experience on schematic & PCB layout with CAD package – Altium designer is preferred
具熟练使用绘图软件或Altium软件进行PCB layout设计经验者优先
Desirable: 具备以下技能更佳
• Understanding DFMEA & simulation
理解DFMEA（失效模式分析）和 Simulation（电脑仿真）
• Understanding DFM & DFT
理解DFM(可制造性设计)和DFT(可生产测试设计)
• Familiarity with production environment requirement, Such as RoHS & REACH熟悉产品环保要求，如RoHS & REACH
Soft skill:
• Can read and write technical document in English
具备英文技术文件读写能力
• Proactive, team player and willing to take challenge
