职位描述Position description：
1. 负责业务跟单部门的日常管理工作，对部门员工的工作进行分配、培训、指导；
Responsible for the sales department's daily management work, staff of the Department 's work allocation, training, guidance;
2. 负责协调、处理、解决与部门之间及供应商合作过程中出现的问题；
Responsible for the coordination, processing, and between departments and suppliers to solve the problems appeared in the course of;
3. 对出口货物的质量及交货期进行监督、落实，保证货物顺利出口;
In 1, exports of goods quality and delivery to supervise, implement, to ensure the smooth export of goods；
4. 负责从中国和香港出口的业务，保证货物能从东莞仓库发至全球各地；
Responsible for the export business from China and Hong Kong entity,to ensure the goods can be shipped from the warehouse in Gongguan to customers all over the world;
5. 识别客户需求和偏好 , 与内部团队沟通来满足客户需求；
Identifying customer needs & preference and communicating with internal team to fulfill customer demand;
6. 处理客户投诉和质量问题，向QC和产品采购团队提供反馈并解释客户需求；
Handling customer’s complaints and quality issues; providing feedback and explaining customer’s requirement to QC and product sourcing team;
7. 能独立与客户交流，有必要时需外出与国外客人开会。
Be able to communicate with customers independently,and go out for meetings with customer when necessary.
8. 完成直属主管交办的其他工作。
Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
任职资格Qualification：
1. 本科及以上学历，英语或国际贸易类相关专业，优秀的英语听说读写能力(必须)，英语、法语、国际贸易等专业优先考虑;
Bachelor degree or above,excellent written and spoken english,major in English / French / International trading would be a plus;
2. 熟悉出口跟单和船务工作流程，8年以上跟单业务及2年以上的管理岗位的实操工作经验；
Familiar with export documentary and logistics work flow, 8 years merchandising business and 2 years solid working experience in management position;
3. 具备较强的团队管理领导能力，良好的沟通、谈判能力、团队合作精神，富有责任感，抗压能力强；
Strong management team leadership, good communication, negotiation skills, team spirit, full of sense of responsibility;
4、熟练操作日常办公软件Word、 Excel、 Outlook等。
