Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Take responsible for engineering related electronic IC related PCB/PCBA，electrical modular design and development per customer’s requirement, including component’s selection and functionality definition. Meanwhile, assist to analyze and solve big and complex electronic PCBA and assembly issue from production line.
根据客户性能要求进行PCB/PCBA IC 电路, 电子模块设计与方案功能讨论；包括电子功能器件的选型，功能参数定义； 同时，积极支持并解决PCB组装生产过程中遇到的问题。
2. Join in customer’s solution discussion & evaluation of technical reliability risk from assembly and testing method; need to transit into electrical engineering specification & wire mapping prints;
参加客户所提供的前期方案可行性设计评审，从组装与测试方法角度进行可靠性风险识别；并转换成相应的电子工程技术规范与接线图。
3. Cooperate with mechanical design engineer to finish connectors, cabling/harness with electrical device/PCB assembly from outline/layout design.
辅助机械设计工程师完成与电子器件/PCB组装相关的连接器，线束线缆，适配器的layout设计模型与轮廓布局图。
4. Support NPD engineers and testing engineer to complete electrical items related protocol validation plan in time; and join in root cause analysis for electrical & transition performance failure with team.
支持NPD工程师和测试工程师 MVP电性能相关的测试计划及测试方法的制定；并开展测试失效后的原因分析。
5. Assist local sourcing team on key electronics devices’ supplier’s matrix selection, PCBA Gerber files & electrical prints interpretation accordingly.
辅助内部采购部门在关键电子器件供应商选择，能力评估；以及供应商端的技术规范解读。
6. Generate the correct format Gerber file or ODB++ file that fit for board house better understanding and manufacture, negotiated with board supplier or PCBA supplier and figure out the engineering question with them
负责电路板设计的输出的制造文件，必须有效，无误，适合加工，同时负责协调与PCB或者PCBA供应商的技术沟通和工程问题解答
7. Provide active support to tackle customer complaints on electrical performance debugging and improvement for both finished products and coaxial/TP Cables/connectors component level electrical performance together with internal team & supplier.
积极参与客户投诉的改善措施，与内部团队和供应商一起不断改善与优化成品与电线电缆主要电性能和传输性能。
经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:
1. Majored in Electronics/electrical course, College or above.
电子相关专业；本科及以上
2. Over 2 years of electronic modular or electrical circuits’ design and development experience; Signal transition (LF/HF/RF) or cable design experience is a plus.
2年以上的电子电路设计开发和分析工作经验，信号（差模/共模）传输设计或线缆经验者优先考虑。
3. Have solid knowledge of electrical circuit, electronic components, filter circuit, EMI/EMC
扎实的电路知识，电子元器件，滤波电路与电磁兼容（干扰）等。
4. Be proficient in using the software, such as CAD, PROTEL, etc.
熟练使用相关软件，如CAD，PROTEL发；
