Accountabilities & related Activities
"1.Develops new AL business opportunity and maintains existing portfolio
- Leads the prospection through prepared visits, in coordination with Sales Support Officer (for the organization) and National Market Developers
- Develops the information network (Customers/Prospects, OEM, Parks...)
- Develops a mutual trust based on relationship with customer
- Expands contacts at customer locations to strengthen customer relationship
- Assesses customer requirements and business drivers"
"2. Builds proposals
- Determines appropriate Lab Gases solutions (gas + equipment + installation), conducts studies as needed
- Establishes project scope and budget
- Evaluates project economics, establishes proposed prices in accordance with pricing/price policy"
"3. Negotiates with customer and sign contracts (or agreements)
- Identifies customers' decision-making structure, culture and goals
- Prepares and presents proposal
- Obtains customer commitment by contract signature
- Manages scope changes and appropriate modifications to contract terms and pricing
- Coordinates with Sales Support Officer and Sales Administration for customer account database update"
"4. Performs review on spec gases business and competition
- Regularly performs SG business activity and comparative competition activity in his/her Territory
- Identifies competitors threats and reports in the relevant system
- Regularly reports relevant information in Bar +"
"5. Supports Sales team
- Might manage directly some Laboratory related accounts of other local W&C/BOS sales people
- If required, trains local W&C/BOS sales people on Lab. & Spec Gases
Requirement
Bachelor or Master in Chemical , Engineering
Driver's License is plus
