Responsible for Six Sigma annual training plan and Implementation 负责六西格玛年度培训计划与实施
Participate in the selection of Green Belt candidates and manage the flow of personnel into/out of the program 参与六西格玛绿带候选人员的选拔，并且对他们负责项目流程进行管理
Select regional projects (in conjunction with project sponsors) consistent with the divisional business plan 参与改进项目的选择，项目目标需要和地区的业务计划发展方向相符
Six sigma training for Green Belt align with global training plan. 开展六西格玛绿带的培训
Promote use of best practices by all project team and Standardized operation 实施***实践方案在不同团队间的分享，以及标准化作业
Responsible for the certification and re certification of the green belt in company 负责公司绿带的认证及再认证工作 - Monitor & support quality performance and improvements in key metrics 监视并支持对关键点的表现和改进
Know-How Requirements
职位要求
1 Hold bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical or related engineering is preferred.
本科学历，机械或工程类专业背景尤佳
2 Familiar with ISO9001 & IATF16949,
熟悉ISO9001及IATF16949
3 At least 5-10 years related working experience as six sigma related position.
至少5-10年六西格玛相关职位的经验。
4 Lead Black Belt or Master Black Belt background
黑带或是黑带大师背景
5 Familiar with Shainin DOE Problem solving Tools
熟悉谢宁DOE 问题解决工具
6 Strong analytical capability and business sense
有丰富的分析能力，并且对业务计划有比较强的领悟能力
7 Good communication and interpersonal skill
有很好的沟通能力，以及人际关系处理技巧
8 Familiar with MS-OFFICE
能熟练运用办公自动化软件
9 Fluency in oral and written English
