DUTYS AND RESPONSBILITIES:
1. Lead and supervise production, ME for Assembly, Molding and Tooling shop, SMT functions;
2. Provide direction to manufacturing operations to ensure/ improve factory efficiency, reduce costs and meet or exceed customer satisfaction;
3. Establish manufacturing policy, process, procedures and guidelines;
4. Establish manufacturing KPI and reinforce employee performance management system;
5. Accurately monitor production capacity of both plants and forecast from Customers to balance both plants capacity to fulfill production demand;
6. Optimize resources utilization and quality standard to ensure that bulk production process capability meets customers’ requirements and improve predictability of factory loading;
7. Continuously develop and improve the manufacturing process and existing production schedules procedures;
8. Defines and develops with RND team the design best practices to ensure product design match with manufacturing processes and establish the Design for manufacturability culture;
9. Establish Training system to develop and leverage the skills and knowledge of Manufacturing employees;
10. Foster a continuous improvement culture;
11. Reduce wastage and inventory;
12. Continue to upgrade the machineries and facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS :
? EXPERENCE AND SKILLS:
? 1.Min. 12 years working experience in manufacturing and at least 7 years in prod manager position;
? 2. Experience working in or for global Fortune 500 consumer product brands;
? 3.Good communication skill; Able to communicate with all level of employees;
? 4. Positive and good problem solving skill;
? 5. Good leadership and coaching skills.
? 5.Management experience ,Lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma improvement skills
