Responsibilities
- Assist R&D director to manage R&D department process and procedure and system.
- Cooperate with dedicated engineering team to accomplish NPD projects.
- Assist R&D director to manage the R&D team to accomplish the company tasks
- Participate and monitors the project activities and reports the status to the stakeholders timely.
- Conducts effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Conducts lessons learnt meeting and looks for improvements.
- Make and organize the document of project Planning , gate meeting and other meeting material etc.
- Ensure the right development processes are implemented in the company accordingly.
Requirement and qualifications
- More than 3 years experience with general management or project management or commercial development background, PMP holder first
- Good communication skill is required
- Fluent English (written and oral) is a must.
- Good team player and share knowledge with other engineers.
- Requires PC skills using programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, strong PPT skills.
- High sense of responsibility
- Proactive, cooperative personality will be preferred
