职位介绍

Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. 量产生产工艺的跟踪，持续改善SMT,波峰焊，线组合等生产工艺；
Analyze production process, and continuously improve manufacturing process from SMT, wave soldering to wire harness.
2. 指导技术员调试及维护生产线设备及夹具，保证正常生产；
Coach technicians to set up, maintain production equipment and fixture for smooth production.
3. 推行生产品质及效率提升项目，减少产品报废及节约成本；
Conduct quality and efficient improvement projects for fallout reduction and cost saving.
4. 生产异常的工程分析，解决制程问题。
Analyze production abnormities to get root cause for problem solving.
5. 在试产，SOP及量产中，评审及验证新工艺，新设备，新夹具
Review and qualify new process, new equipment and fixture from trial run, SOP to PQP.
6. 负责相关工艺文件的制订，完善及更新。包括： 工艺流程，作业指导书，工时，产能，工装夹具，辅料等。
Prepare, improve and update process documents on: Flow chart, OI, standard time, capacity, work instruction of fixture and equipment, and specification of auxiliary material.
7. 协助部门经理实施及完成重要或关键工程项目。
Assist department manager to deploy and accomplish major or critical engineering projects.
Requirement 要求：
1. 大专以上学历，电子相关专业，能熟练阅读英文产品资料，有一定的英文写作能力；
College or above graduated. Major in electronic, electrical, or similar specialty. Skills to read product specification in English and write English email for work communication.
2. 最少5年SMT, 涂覆, 端子线组合和wave soldering工艺工作经验。
At least 5 years of experience of SMT, conformal coating, assembly of terminal and wire, wave soldering process.
3. 有钢网，ICT, FCT工装夹具的设计及改良, ASP, 贴片, Reflow, AOI，波峰焊及LED灯光功能测试实际工作经验优先； Preferable with stencil, ICT, FCT fixture design and improvement, ASP, pick and place mounter, reflow, AOI, wave soldering, and LED function testing experience.
4. 有汽车行业所用灯具的装配制造及产品电子特性改善工作经验更佳；
It is the best to have experience in lamp of automotive industry and related product electronics function improvement. 5. 熟悉CAM350,office相关办公软件。熟练操作PTC Creo软件者优先考虑。
Good at CAM350，office software, and preferable in good at PTC Creo drawing.
6. 熟练运用Minitab中的DOE,控制图, 能力分析 等工具进行工艺工程分析。
