JOB DUTIES (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):
1. Study project requirements and product specification, mainly for high power battery pack and its charger system.
2. Work with manager to setup project schedule and follow up project from prototype to mass production
3. Electronic schematic design and PCB layout design.
4. Power electronic component test and its qualification.
5. Implement/manage electronic test/qualification and product qualification support
6. Implement electronic DFMEA
7. Communicate with Briggs US team and BLTT during project development
8. Communicate with supplier and support project development.
9. Projects review and update projects information to manager
10. Documentation of design files and reports
11. Lead engineers / technicians on projects development.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
1. Strong electronic development experience in consumer electronic and power electronic,
2. Familiar with schematic design and PCB design software application.
3. Familiar with electronic components selection, such as microcontroller, MOSFET, relay, sensor and etc.
4. Strong electronic hardware and software integration and debug and troubleshoot experience.
5. Familiar with assembly, C and C++ software design
6. Familiar with EMC knowledge and solution.
7. Familiar with electronic product safety requirement.
8. Have automotive electronics products or lithium battery technology experience is an advantage
9. Have RF or brushless motor control experience is an advantage.
10. Good English communication in written, good oral English is perfect.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Degree and/or additional relevant training and years of related experience):
1. Bachelor degree or above and major in electronic
2. More than 8 years electronic product design experience
