Job Responsibilities
1. Initialize project requirements and define product specification.
2. Setup project schedule and follow up project from prototype to mass production
3. Electronic schematic design and PCB layout design.
4. Software flow chart design, software design and software debug
5. Product hardware and software integration and debug
6. Implement/manage electronic test/qualification and product qualification support
7. Implement electronic DFMEA
8. Communicate with Briggs US team and BLTT during project development
9. Communicate with supplier and support project development.
10. Projects review and update projects information to manager
11. Documentation of design files and reports
12. Summarize annual projects management
13. Lead engineers on projects development and technology improvement.
Job Skills Requirements
1. Strong electronic development experience in consumer electronic, power electronic and software design.
2. Familiar with schematic design and PCB design software application.
3. Familiar with electronic components selection, such as microcontroller, MOSFET, relay, sensor and etc.
4. Familiar with assembly, C and C++ software design
5. Strong electronic hardware and software integration and debug and troubleshoot experience.
6. Familiar with EMC knowledge and solution.
7. Familiar with electronic product safety requirement.
8. Have automotive electronics products or lithium battery technology experience is an advantage
9. Have RF or brushless motor control experience is an advantage.
10. Good English communication in written, good oral English is must.
