职责和责任
1. 执行产品资格测试、验证测试产品的变化,和正在进行的可靠性测试。
2. 执行产品测试分析和根源检测。
3.维护测试实验室。
4. 培训相关员工标准要求。
5. 编写测试报告。
任职要求：
1. 了解电缆(电或光缆）TIA的需求,IEC和GR系列标准。
2. 保持测试实验室和产品测试的工作经验。
3.分析数据的能力。
4. 善于发现“异常”,抓住异常发生在测试期间。
5. 用英语写测试报告。
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Perform product qualification testing, validation testing for product change, and ongoing reliability testing
2. Perform product testing for analysis and root cause detection
3. Maintain testing lab
4. Train related staff on standard requirement
5. Prepare for testing report on the basis of testing
Functional Capabilities
1. Understand cable (electrical or optical cable, but optic cable) requirements of TIA, IEC and GR series standards
2. Hold the working experience of testing lab and product testing
3. Hold the ability of analyzing data
4. Good at finding out the "abnormal" and seize the abnormality occurrence during testing
