职位介绍

1. 协助执行和管理公司所有的改进项目。(例如：点改善、现场改善、业务流程改善、项目等)
Assist to implement and manage all company improvement projects. For example: PK, SKB, BPK, Project etc.
2. 参与和实施精益生产专业知识的培训，包括TPM，5S，CI和其他体系
Participate and implement Lean production expertise training, including TPM, 5S, CI and other systems
3. 协助推行工厂的精益生产体系(COS 2.0 新架构)，保证所有的活动符合精益生产的目标和计划
Assist to Implement lean production system (COS 2.0 New Framework) to ensure all activities meet lean production goals and plans
4作为指导者，指导和参与工厂Kaizen改善活动和改善项目的维持
As facilitator, Guide and participate in Kaizen improvement activities and improvement project maintenance
5. 通过分析生产工艺、车间布置和设备、业务流程，积极地寻找改进业务的机会
Actively seek opportunities to improve business by analyzing production process, workshop layout and equipment, business process
6. 负责区域的管理日常改进（MDI），指导各区域MDI团队现场发现问题、分析问题、解决问题、跟踪问题
1. Responsible for the managing daily improvement (MDI) of the area, guide the MDI teams in each area to find, analyze, solve and track the problems
7. 上级主管安排的其他工作
Other work assigned by supervisor or leader
经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:
1. 大专或本科学历，工业工程/自动化或相关专业,工业工程优先
2. College or bachelor degree industrial engineering/automation or related field，industrial engineering prefer
2. 具备2年制造业工作经验和 精益改善经验，能带领团队改善者优先
3 years manufacturing experience and improvement experience, Ability to lead team improvement is preferred
3. 专业知识：精益生产或IE相关知识(如：标准作业、5WHY、七大浪费、SMED、Line Balance、VSM、IE七大手法等精益工具), 及熟练使用Auto CAD软件绘图.
3. Professional Knowledge: Lean and IE knowledge. For example: standard work, 5why ,7 wastes, SMED, Line Balance, VSM, IE 7 methods
4. 能力和技能：具有开放创新的心态，乐于挑战新目标，较强的人际处理关系能力，团队协作能力，能够领导小团队处理较复杂的项目问题；具备收集和分析信息的能力，熟练操作电脑尤其是Excel，PPT；良好的英语能力(听,说, 写)优先考虑
