Duties:
1. Draft quality policies and procedures including product control plan, WI and inspection record form, etc.
2. Work with manufacturing engineer to analysis and solve issues arise from process
3. Provide feedback on the quality of incoming material and make improvements
4. Assistant QA manager handle customer complaints and take preventive and corrective actions
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, majored in electronics and mechanical or equivalent
2. Five years over work experience in quality management of appliance industry and handling customer complains.
3. Strong ability of problem solving and failure analysis
4.Familiar with ISO/TS and quality control, GB is plus
5. Good ability of communication and teamwork
