Essential Job Functions
• Develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste, and provide for continuous improvements.
• Manage the customer specific requirements and offer technical support to suppliers
• Develop, uphold and reinforce quality assurance system for ensuring that the products produced and the manufacturing processes meet quality standards
• Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards
• Quality related problem solving and root cause analysis during design and manufacturing
• Define the process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements
• Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements
Required Skills and Experience
• 8+ years relevant experience in lifestyle product
• Bachelor Degree with related disciplines
• Experiences in handling product development projects
• Fluent in English, Good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical & problem-solving skills regarding technical and quality related issues of the products with ability to manage diverse scope
