Job Purpose:
Responsible for HR management and HR operations in PSS factory sites in China.
Key areas of accountability:
1.Manpower planning
· Work with plant manager/site manager on site manpower planning and team set up.
· Define each team reporting line and organization structure.
· Take lead on defining roles and responsibilities of each position and work with function heads on composing and editing job description for both white collars and blue collars.
2.Recruitment
· Responsible for direct labor hiring and white collars hiring with the support from Shenzhen HR team.
· Work with APAC HR head and function heads to define hiring strategies for respective sites.
· Take lead on hiring activities for sites, including candidate screening, interview and selection and offering.
· Set up recruitment process and selection standards for sites.
· Assist on exploring and recommending recruitment channels.
· Work with HR head on design tactical plans to ensure a consistent recruiting performance on sites.
3.Training
· Set up training policy and system per site needs.
· Set up operation skills training and auditing system for blue collars.
· Conduct blue collars’ operation skill auditing with related function heads and keep good records. Generate improvement plan and follow up implementation.
· Work with plant manager and function heads on setting up training curriculum, training plan and training contents for PSS white collars with the support of Shenzhen HR team.
· Responsible for training activities implementation for sites.
· Collect sites’ training feedback and keep good records of training activities.
4.On-boarding
· Responsible for PSS site team’s new hires on boarding arrangement.
· Support Shenzhen HR team on on-boarding process improvement.
· Work with Shenzhen HR team to organize sites’ new staff orientation and collect feedback for further improvement.
5.HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)
· Take lead on setting up HSE standards and system for sites with the support from the Corporate and Shenzhen HR team.
· Work with plant manager/site manager on the standard implementation and responsible for regular reports.
· Assist plant manager/site manager for improvement activities.
6.Others
· Ensure site HR operations are compliance with labor law and other government regulations and report any abnormal issues timely to the management.
· Other ad hoc works assigned by the APAC HR Head.
Job scope:
Work with multiple tasks and cross functions. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management. Work with minimum supervising.
Qualification:
· Bachelor degree
· Minimum 3 years’ experience on HR operations in manufacturing environment
· Familiar with OEM business model and prefer have basic LEAN knowledge
· Experienced on recruitment and training
· Solid knowledge of China labor law
· Good communication skills to people in different level, both in English and Mandarin
· Logical thinking
· Good team player, proactive, positive and passionate
· Conscientious and has good time management
