职位介绍

Job Summary:
- The Account Executive penetrates existing and generates new Global and Local freight revenue. He/She acts as an overlay sales as UPS account owners and the support to Enterprise Accounts Group in qualifying opportunities, creating sales strategies, and driving new and additional revenue.
- This position cultivates relationships with the customers to identify, position, and develop bundled solutions (e.g., supplier management, warehousing, ocean and air transportation, distribution, etc.).
- This position manages customer account contract negotiations and post-sales activities (e.g., implementation, changes in scope, sop settle up, customer service performance monitor, issues, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Evaluates UPS existing accounts (e.g., enterprise and territory etc.) to identify and develop potential freight customers.
- Qualifies and quantifies sales opportunities using UPS internal resources (e.g., Solutions and Pricing groups, etc.) to ensure bring in the new business
- Acts on referrals and leads from existing accounts to determine viability of potential accounts and alignment with UPS sales strategies.
- Proactively engages with new freight prospects to drive revenue growth and product strategies.
- Manages all potential freight opportunities through internal reporting system
- Develops relationships with key decision makers at prospective accounts to position UPS's supply chain expertise and capabilities.
- Arranges customer visits to UPS facilities and show the Presentation to identify opportunities and to win business.
- Interacts with cross functions (e.g., Solutions, Operations, etc.) to gather, share, evaluate, and act on sales leads.
- Analyzes the customer information provided and work with internal Solution and Operation team to propose possible solutions and pricing to the identified freight opportunity.
- Collects essential data elements to complete sales documents
- Develop sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the Cross Functions to create customer agreement presentations and reviews.
- Interfaces with customers and UPS Cross Functions to manage requests for information (RFIs), and requests for proposals (RFPs).and to ensure documents are completed and delivered within established deadlines.
- Presents customer agreements and reviews business terms and conditions to ensure understanding and to set expectations.
- Provides expertise to penetrate major customers and resolve freight service related issues.
Requirements
- Related degree in Business Administration and Logistics required
- Proficiency in English required.
- In-depth knowledge of Logistics and supply chain and transportation industry
- Good communicator, initiative and responsible
- Highly motivated, creative and proactive approach and strong problem solver
- Independent starter, and able to demonstrate strong industry network
- 3+ years relevant freight / logistics / supply chain industry experience in Sales/Business Development
