Job Description:
1. Collect, analyze market information and define product development roadmap for harsh environmental and emerging application, fiber optical and consumer electronics.
2. Regularly visit customers, capture and engage to newly emerging or harsh environmental opportunities at customers’ side, then assist engineering team to design in.
3. Support early engagement of customers RD projects.
4. Makes product brochure.
5. Report directly to RD manager.
Requirement:
1. Engineering Master Degree or above, majoring in mechanism or electronics.
2. Good command of English in writing, speaking, listening and reading.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Minimum 8 years experiences in connector/cable assembly in industrial, automotive fields, min 5 years of design experience in Intel, IBM, EMC or other top level companies is preferred.
