As a Local JMP trainee within first two years, you will be offered:

Job Description
Stage One (within own function)
Get to know the all the working processes by assigned working tasks:
Purchase order management for different kinds of sourcing models (PD, SA, VMI etc)
Purchase order management for different kinds of material types (electrical material, mechanical material)
Way of working for RMB suppliers to improve the whole supplychain (eg, Kanban, external milkrun, ship to stock, ship to line etc)
Inventory management
KPI
BPS related training
Stage Two (cross-function)
Get to know the upstream and downstream department’s processes, know the linkage to function of Procurement team:
Planning: Understand the forecast process, sales order, production plan, leveling project, shipment arrangement; related KPI etc
Warehouse: Understand the requirement for good receiving for local & oversea suppliers; different way of handling for different model; KB, external milkrun, STS, STL, call off etc); material storage & kitting process; cycle count & stock-taking, related KPI etc
Customs and delivery: Understand the requirement from customs, import and export, arrangement of import and export; related KPI etc.
Sourcing: understand the basic for suppliers selecting & management, knowledge about annual negotiation; related KPI etc
Professional Requirements:
Master degree majored in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or relevant.
At least 3 years working experiences in any function of supply chain in MNC, experiences in purchasing is preferred.
Very good command of English.
Initiative, willing to take responsibilities, with leadership mindset.
