职位介绍

工作职责：
1. Design/customize new products in accordance with company and department procedures
按公司及部门的程序，开发设计新产品
2. Train engineers on related product knowledge, engineering procedures and technical skill
培训相关人员的产品知识，工程开发步骤及相关技能
3. Prepare reports and presentations as needed to communicate project status and issues to customer and management
撰写相关报告，与客户及管理层就项目状态及问题进行沟通
4. Support Sales/Marketing manufacturing on design issue related to product quality and testing
支持销售和生产，解决开发过程中的产品质量及相关的测试
5. Evaluate, test, and approve any design/material related changes on assigned products, which would affect product performance or reliability，Use appropriate analytical tools to analyze and interpret data。
评估，测试，批准设计及材料变更带来的相关产品性能及可靠性的影响，并使用合适的分析工具分析数据。
职位要求：
1. B.S. in Engineering or related discipline.
机械，结构类相关专业
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience, including 3 years in product engineering.
至少5年的工作经验，不少于3年的产品工程开发经验
3. Sound knowledge of engineering theory and design practices；Familiar with production process flow, product design, testing and application.
良好的工程理论及设计开发经验，熟悉产品的开发设计流程，理解相关测试及应用
4. Good communication in verbal and written English.
较好的英语口语及书写水平
5. Experience in insert molding/encapsulating electronic component design and manufacture.
熟悉及理解电子产品的注塑及相关封装的设计与制造工艺
6. Knowledge of NTC/PTC packaged sensor product and design and project management is preferred.
