1、Brief outline of main duties:
Customer Quality Engineering
*Weekly review Customer complaint status, assist factory to improve quality ability to meet customer requirement
*IIS negotiation
*First contact window for customer complaint after MP,
*RMA & on site sorting
*Customer regularly factory audit & visit
*CCN handling
*CSR implement
*Follow up factory CIP & execution
*Provide quality report to customer on time
*Achieve the team KPI & keep improving the team efficiency to meet company target.
2、Special skills, mental or personality requirements:
-Good communication & report skill with English
-Know very well of LCD knowledge, familiar with spec requirement.
-Independently judge customer complaint on site, good patient with work under pressure
