Main accountabilities:
1.New production line equipment development, proposal review, plan for delivery, line setting and validation.
2.Tool and fixture design for new production, and follow the new production equipment &machine tooling status, involve SMED approach to all new project until smoothly transfer to mass production .
3.Standardization of equipment &tooling.
4.Full support the complex machine repair and maintenance activities.
5.Follow idea from design& project leader& process engineer, involve the new project trial or test.
6.Equipment management such as modification, scrap confirm, handling etc.
7.Fixed assets management, yearly stock taking.
8.Ensure the related work compliance with the requirements of product safety, legality, product quality ,and management systems.
Requirements:
1. At least 6 year experience, of which 4 years in as Equipment engineer in Automation projects.
2. Fluent English;
3. Preferential on matured significant experience as Equipment Engineer in companies where there are assembly or packaging automatic machines.
