2.Knowledge of copper alloys and iron metals and technical engineering plastics
3.Knowledge of molding ,stamping , assembly design and process.
4.Knowledge of plating process.
5.Electrical calculations and measurements for low and high frequencies
6.Calculations and measurements for analog- and digital-connector design (coax, differential signal) as well as power connector designs
7.Mechanical calculations and measurements, strength of materials, FEM analysis
8.Dimensions Tolerances calculations
9.Take in account Manufacturing methods for mass-production of connectors
10.Cost & investment estimation for new variants
11.Design parameters variation and correlation with tests results
12.FMEA
13.Calculation of shielding attenuation
14.Tests & Qualification of existing product ranges
