Responsibility:
- Collect industry standard, give the professional advice and implement those during new project introduction
- Co-ordinate PFMEA review with project team, make out quality control plan and QC working instruction for new project
- Draft inspection standard and train QC for inspection
- Take a lead to solve all quality issue during project introduction stage
- Take a lead to analyze and solve quality issue at mass production phase
- Handle customer complaint, take lead on root cause analysis and action taken, complete 8D report
- Take a lead to plan quality testing during NPI stage.
Requirement:
- - Deep understand plastic, metal electronic manufacturing process
- Deep understand quality control on new project introduction
- Familiar with QC 7 tools and have strong quality sense
- Ability to listen, speak, read and write English
- Able to work independently and teamwork
- Good communication skill
- Familiar with computer and office software, such as excel, word and CAD, and can read drawing
- Co-operate attitude and self – motivated
- College’s degree and above in engineering background is preferred
