职位介绍
General 概述
Follow the order from order receiving to goods delivery. Cooperate with other department to solve the problems. Complete the order under the direction of supervisor.
Specific Responsibilities 工作职责:
01、 Handle a range of program management services for customers.
02、 Handle and coordinate orders from item quotation to customers, sample arrangement, customer PO management (from PO receipt to shipment), shipment instruction release, customers required testing, inspection arrangements, and customer service.
03、 Oversee direct import or intracompany order fulfillment and respond for order related issue.
04、 Communicate with buyers/buying offices, promptly respond to queries, and ensure promises are kept, review KPI, maintain and expand relationship with existing customers.
05、 Communicate with sales managers and/or buyers/buying offices and internal departments for on time order confirmation and on time shipment deliveries.
06、 Act as a focal point for the customer and coordinate problem resolution with internal departments.
07、 Provide necessary support for Sales related activities such as during the Toy Show.
08、 Support continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the supervisor.
09、 Provide/update customers import orders shipping requirements with internal departments and factories for ensuring compliance with retailers’ requirements at the minimal level.
10、 Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience任职及经验要求:
01、 College degree or above.
02、 At least 5 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/ Buying Office or EMS / FMCG industry.
03、 Experience in managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients.
04、 Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin.
05、 Effective presentation and communication skills.
06、 Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skill and service-oriented.
