环境方向：
1.To take part in the EHS system maintenance; 参与EHS管理体系维护；
2. Prepare and provide the regular report such as annual environmental report, environmental disclosure file； 定期准备和提交相关的报告如:年度环境报告，环境申报等文件；
3. Facilitate employee EHS related training programs; 组织并实施EHS相关培训; Conduct regular EHS onsite inspections and audits; 定期进行EHS现场检查和审核；
4. Keep abreast of latest standards & developments；了解适用的最新标准与法规;
5. Work with the third party and other departments for monitoring wastewater and waste gas, to upload and maintain the date to assigned website or folders. 与相关部门开展废水废气的检测，将数据上传和维护到指定的网站和文件夹里； Customer and government audit. 政府和客户审核。
职业安全健康方向:
1) Develop / revised EHS procedures / WI's, and implement the requirements in plant, and make sure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2) Take lead of risk assessment for plant, drive the organization to implement the risk control measurements effectively. Participate in operating procedures development.
3) Develop EHS training plan for plant and roll out training for plant personnel.
4) Develop EHS inspection program for plant and drive implementation in the organization. Frequently conduct EHS inspections. Take corrective actions as appropriate. Drive the organization to solve the EHS issues on timely base.
5) Develop EHS related emergency response plan, prepare the necessary equipment and materials according to the plan, provide training on emergency response training. Schedule emergency response drills and organize the drills.
6) Take lead of investigation of incidents and near misses, implement and track corrective action to prevent recurrence.
7) Liaison with local authorities. Prepare documents required and submit those to authorities on timely base. Be responsible for meeting other requirements (procedures) of the authorities.
