Position Overview
1. Work with Procurement team to develop new suppliers.
2. Participate NPI project and make sure supplier can provide the proper and correct
samples and documents at different stage.
3. Being as the leader of supplier qualification audit, annual surveillance audit for
Quality Management System, Process Integrity, Banned Substances, CSR & IT.
4. Supplier performance rating and supplier scorecard.
5. Being as the bridge between supplier and factory for any quality issue or potential
quality issue related to raw material.
6. Work with supplier and factory (quality and engineering department) to align the
same inspection criteria for particular raw material.
7. Handle and push supplier to perform effective failure analysis and 8D report. Quality
improvement activities at bottom suppliers if necessary.
8. Work with supplier to investigate the root cause and provide positive proposal for
critical quality issue happened on raw material.
9. Others work distributed by the manager.
Qualification.
1. Bachelor of mechanical engineering or material science engineering background.
2. Good English communication skill in both oral and writing.
3. Be familiar with plastic injection molding, stamping process.
4. At least 3 year supplier quality management experience.
5. Familiar with ISO9001 system requirement, IATF16949 is preferred.
6. Work experience in below industry is preferred,
6.1 Automotive industry.
6.2 Cable, electrical plug and connector industry.
7. Proactive and positive thinking and working style.
