Primary Functions/Major Responsibilities:
1. Review and communicate with customer about the quality documents/requirements.
2. Performs/coordinates NPI qualifications, include generation of related reports.
3. Performs/coordinates the investigation and generates the customer reports for quality related customer complaints.
4. RMA confirmation/checking and coordinate the whole RMA flow.
5. Analyzes defect data relating to CQA failures or RMA returns, and issues any required corrective action.
6. Perform routine meeting with customer.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor Degree in engineering discipline or equivalent experience
