Responsibilities:
1. Ensure and supervise all quality related processes such as non-conformity, internal process and product audit, and corrective action process;
2. Ensure and conduct any potential CAR action (Corrective Action Request) rising from both market and production;
3. Ensure the periodical review and record of all quality related processes in terms of their correct implementation and effectiveness;
4. Supervise IQPC and FQA activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
2. Over 3 years quality engineer experience
3. Understand quality system. Qualified auditor for ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO13485 and ISO14001 is a plus.
4. Good oral and written English.
5. Character of Intense Collaboration, Passionate Customer Focus, and Tenacious Commitment to Continuous Improvement.
